NIC Asia bank declares 10% bonus share

The BOD meeting of Kartik 30, 2075 (Today) of NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) has proposed a 10 percent bonus share and 0.526 percent cash dividend (tax purpose) to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the last fiscal year 2074/75.

The decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM)
